My name is Sophie Baltes, and I’m so excited that you’re interested in going through recruitment and learning more about Delta Zeta.

I’ll be honest—when I first came to college, I was nervous about the whole process, but joining Delta Zeta ended up being the best decision I’ve made. The women I met during recruitment were genuine, inspiring, and made me feel right at home. That sense of sisterhood and support is what drew me in—and it’s only grown stronger over time.

 

Delta Zeta has given me real friendships, countless laughs, and a place where I can truly be myself. No matter where you end up, I hope you find a chapter that feels like home. My biggest advice? Go into recruitment with an open heart—you might just find something amazing.​
